What happens if I get more requests than my plan covers?
We do not lock you out. Amevoo keeps replying, and we let you know that the next plan up would work out cheaper for you. You decide whether to move.
Does every message count, or only the answered ones?
Only the requests Amevoo answers for you. Messages you write yourself do not count.
Which plan suits me?
If you are just starting out or have a manageable number of requests, Basic is enough. If you work internationally or are booked solid, Plus or Pro will serve you better. You can switch at any time, in either direction.
What appears on my bank statement?
Nothing that points to your work. No company name that stands out, and no description of the service.
Can I change plan?
Any time, in either direction. Move up and the new plan applies immediately. Move down and it applies from the next billing period.
How do I cancel?
With one click in your settings. No notice period, no questions, no call you have to make.
Do you really take no commission?
No. What you earn from your bookings is none of our business. We earn from your subscription and from nothing else.
How does payment work?
You choose a plan and are taken to a secure checkout. Your payment details stay there, not with us. Your bank statement will show SLX Service and nothing else.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export your client list and your notes beforehand. After that your data is deleted and not kept in an archive.
