Every conversation, every message, including the ones Amevoo answered for you. You see exactly what was written in your name.
Your client. Only his own conversation.
He sees what he wrote and what came back, like in any chat. He learns nothing about your other clients.
The assistant. Only in order to reply.
For Amevoo to write, the content has to be processed. We use a language model for that, bound by contract like every provider we work with, which neither stores your conversations nor uses them for its own purposes. So this is not end to end encryption, and we do not claim it is.
Nobody else.
No ad networks, no data brokers, no selling. Your conversations are not analysed and are not used to train language models. Which providers we work with is set out in full in our privacy policy.

How your messages are protected.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
On the way to us and on our servers your messages are encrypted. Anyone getting hold of the drives would have nothing to work with.
Servers in Germany
Your data sits with a German provider. European data protection law applies. Where individual features need international services, the standard contractual clauses of the EU apply.
Deleted means deleted
You can delete single conversations or your whole account. After that the content is gone and not kept in an archive.
Your clients notice nothing, but we hide nothing.
Amevoo writes in your voice, with your phrasing and your rules. To your client it feels like a conversation with you. At the same time European law requires that people are told when a system is involved. So there is a discreet note about it, once and unobtrusively, not with every message.
